Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches are available to help people with psychosocial disabilities to experience a more fulfilling and productive life. These coaches will support participants in taking charge of their lives and tackling the daily difficulties better. They work with participants, their families, caregivers, and other services to establish, plan out, and put into action a recovery plan and help with organising NDIS and other resources.
Participants can select a recovery coach with lived experience or knowledge of psychosocial disability and mental health.

Level 3, Specialist Support Coordination
Our highly skilled Specialist Support Coordinators assist with addressing intricate hindrances that can impede participants from obtaining and keeping the right support. They collaborate with participants, their families, and carers to:
- identify and understand the barriers impacting the participant’s ability to access, use and maintain their supports.
- find and try solutions to address these barriers.
- establish a process to overcome these barriers, including prioritising factors that need to be addressed first and what supports need to be in place immediately.
In some cases, an individual will require a service plan to tackle considerable complications in their life. Our Specialist Support Coordinator will collaborate with the individual, their family and carers to discover a wide range of supports that are either funded or other types of support that can assist the individual to make use of their plan.
Specialist support coordinators should design a service plan which:
- ensures all services can work effectively and cohesively together to help a participant pursue their goals.
- establishes processes to enable communication, cooperation, and collaboration within the participant’s network of funded and non-funded supports.
- helps the participant, their family, and their carers to resolve issues and unexpected situations.
- ensures consistent delivery of service and access to relevant support in a crisis or unplanned event.
After a service plan is created, a participant’s Specialist Support Coordinator can assist the participant and their circle of support to implement the service plan.
